Technology Division
Genesys Group’s Technology Division is the largest Division and accounts for
approximately 50% of our gross revenue. Partnering primarily with Fortune 1000
and Global 2000 organizations, Genesys solves the complex people problems
that come with technological advancement. Genesys offers all lines of services
and solutions to companies needing Technology People Solutions, from lower
level Staffing needs to complete Outsourcing of application and systems
development.

Engineering Division
Genesys Group’s Engineering Division works alongside our Technology Division
is supporting the people needs of Global 2000 organizations, primarily large
telecom providers and wireless technology companies. We also work with
smaller start-up companies with disruptive technology. Founded in 2005, the
Engineering Division has seen remarkable growth, and has doubled in size over
the last year. Genesys offers all lines of services and solutions to companies
partnering with the Engineering Division.

Healthcare Division
Genesys Group’s Healthcare Division began in 2002 with the acquisition of CAP Consulting Associates, LLC (CAP Associates). CAP Associates was the largest Healthcare IT specific recruiting firm in the country, and the founders of that organization still work for Genesys. The Healthcare Division delivers value in the Information Technology arena for HIT specific Consulting firms, and offers Recruiting services to our Clients. Hospitals, other Provider Organizations, Insurance Companies and healthcare specific Technology companies have seen the value of adding the People Solutions offered by Genesys’ Healthcare Division.

Legal Division
Genesys Group’s Legal Division understands that Law Firms have people
problems like any other company. Genesys supports its Clients by offering a full
range of services to the legal community, from Staffing to Outsourcing. We
recruit attorneys, paralegals, and support personnel, and help solve the
Technology and Finance issues that exist in Law Firms. A growing percentage of
our business for the Legal Division is coming from in-house, General Counsel led
legal departments.

Genesys Group’s Finance & Accounting Division specializes in the areas of
internal and external audit, general accounting, financial reporting, cost
accounting, fixed assets, treasury, A/P, A/R, payroll, credit/collections, financial
planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, and
pricing. The positions range from the staff to executive level, and we offer all
lines of services and solutions to companies partnering with our F&A Division.

Wind Energy Division
Genesys Group’s Wind Division specializes in EHS professionals, Mechanical/Construction/Completion Technicians, Commissioners, Electrical Technicians, Operations and Maintenance Technicians and Blade Repair Technicians, as well as Project Managers for all of the above. Many companies claim to staff for a variety of Energy sectors (hydro, nuclear, biomass), for the past 2 years we have dedicated ourselves to manpower requirements in the Wind Industry. The professionals placed are required to be in good health, proficient with the English language, and able to climb in a variety of conditions. Genesys Group solves complex problems and offers technological advancement by providing Staffing, Recruiting, Project, Vendor and Outsourcing Solutions.
