Ed Trachier
Ed Trachier is Chairman, Co-Founder and CEO of Genesys
Group and has worked with the business since its inception in 1997.
Ed is also Chairman, Co-Founder and CEO of OnTarget Partners, an
international research, sales and marketing outsourcing firm based in Frisco,
Texas, with an office in Kansas City, Missouri.
Ed has been a primary contributor in the development of the systems and tools
that make Genesys successful.
Ed has the responsibility for building and
developing the Genesys Team. His vision and determination have enabled
Genesys to leverage market opportunities in good economies and bad, and his
business acumen has made him a trusted advisor to his Clients and
Teammates.
Ed is experienced in implementing and managing Projects and Outsourcing
engagements in the technology, telecommunications, finance (including banking
and insurance), transportation, entertainment, legal and publishing verticals. He
has managed projects across the globe, both nationally and internationally. Ed
designs the systems and processes that guarantee successful Outsourcing.
Ed is a regularly quoted expert in the B2B marketplace. He has developed a
proprietary, award-winning internet based Campaign Management Application
that is used to execute campaigns for Clients. He also designed and developed the dynamic timesheet application used by GENESYS clients and consultants.
Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Constantin College of
the University of Dallas and an MBA in Business Management from the Graduate
School of Management of the University of Dallas.
