	Mark Embry As a co-founder partner of Genesys Group, Mark has served as Senior Recruiter, Director of Recruiting, and Professional Services Manager. With over a decade of experience in the IT Consulting industry, Mark has helped guide the company to prominence in the ever-changing high tech industry.
He graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Marketing in 1996. Upon moving to Dallas Mark began his career working as a technical recruiter and business development manager. Mark credits the success of Genesys to the hiring of quality individuals to surround a committed leadership team. “Our goal is to empower our employees to create success by aligning the company’s business goals with their individual goals.
